A jacket I bought from the website was unfortunately returned to the Sevenstore due to the failure of the delivery company. When the jacket appeared back on line I purchased it for the second time.
I contacted the Sevenstore to enquire about the refund from the original purchase. Hamza quickly looked into the matter and assured me the refund was paid back to my account as soon as the item was returned and processed.
Hamza put my mind at ease, was friendly, helpful and a great asset to the Sevenstore, Many thanks for all your help

Places an order on 16th Jan and paid for express delivery. 26th still not received anything, emailed them twice, no response. Got through to live chat and was told my parcel was lost between the warehouse and loading van. These were exclusive trainers that i missed out on and had a chance 3 days ago to purchase them but I didn’t because I still thought the ones from seven store were coming. They did offer me a 15% discount. My big issue is that I paid for express delivery which they should’ve recognised that the parcel has gone missing. If I forgot about it they would have made a decent amount for doing absolutely nothing.

My trainers didn’t arrive and I had to chase for a refund which was eventually processed but there was no communication from the seller to let me kwon what was happening.

I recently bought a pair of shoes from this site and ignored any bad reviews because the shoes were out of stock or full price everywhere else. after a week of no tracking updates i received a message saying that the order was delivered but it obviously hadn't been, called DHL tracking and they said the store never organised for the package to be collected. I only received info that the package was 'lost' on the live chat, no email or anything else. luckily we used paypal so we were able to get a full refund

I’d have liked to have given Sevenstore a little higher score, however my first parcel Order Number: WEB2686338 was damaged by courier and my delivery cancelled & parcel returned! I didn’t like my experiences with customer service in trying to have my damaged parcel replaced. Sadly, customer service could only be accessed via remote access as they’re not reachable via phone ! I had to re-order the same item over again as customer service advised me they could only cancel and refund my damaged parcel thought it wasn’t any of my fault! I was least pleased with this entire process.

Hi, I ordered adidas sneakers on the 10th of January 2023 with next day delivery, they have sent me an email that item was dispatched on the 11th, unfortunately I haven't heard from them since, I didn't receive my item, today is 23rd of January still nothing, I did sent an email, no reply, can someone contact me please

Dodgy company good thing I purchased through PayPal bought an expensive jacket only it never arrived and what they sent was some fake moncler trousers that looked like someone bought from a market stall I am seeking compensation

Great Customer Service Experience

I found a really nice deal on a pair of shoes I'd been watching and was able to order them quickly and easily. It was only on receipt of the confirmation that I realised I had made an error with the colour. I spoke to Hamza in CS the next morning and they very kindly and politely sorted that out for me. Will be reordering later and am more than happy with my experience today.

I never received an order number or order confirmation. I paid through paypal who has also been trying to reach out to resolve this matter. I have an account with seven in my previous orders it says (1) but nothing is there not item order number or anything. I would rather receive the item than a refund honestly

My Yeti was shipped wrapped in several bags with no protection. It arrived with dents. This would not have happened if it shipped with proper protection, like a box.

Terrible service. Ordered an 11, was sent a 6. Returned for an exchange for the correct size. Stayed on paperwork and online returns portal I wanted the correct size. Was refunded anyway. Was then charged for the shipping anyway too. Had no contact or apology regarding the refund. Had to get in contact myself to resolve the shipping fee issue.
